Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Novum mobile application and this website (together, the "Service"), operated by Novum ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. By using Novum you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. The Service

Novum lets you track a physical transformation through progress photos, body metrics, notes, and AI-generated analysis. Insights and AI coaching are provided for informational and motivational purposes only and are not medical advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making health, nutrition, or training decisions.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the photos, measurements, and notes you add ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to store and process Your Content solely to operate the Service for you — including sending photos and data to our AI provider to generate your analysis. We do not sell Your Content or use it to train third-party models.

5. Subscriptions and payment

Novum offers an optional premium subscription ("Novum Premium"). Subscriptions are billed through your app store account (Apple App Store). Where a free trial is offered, your subscription begins and payment is taken at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your app store settings. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service unlawfully or to upload content you have no right to share;
• upload content depicting anyone other than yourself without their consent;
• attempt to access, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service or its security;
• abuse, automate, or resell access to the AI features.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including the Novum name, logo, design, and software, is owned by us and protected by law. These Terms grant you no rights to our trademarks or branding.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. On account deletion we remove your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for any decision you make based on information provided by the Service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
